For a lot of us it is not easy to take that first step and reach out for help.  And where would we even start...

I do understand the hesitation and therefore, I work hard to provide the highest quality of service and  to create the most positive, transparent, and nurturing experience for my clients from the very first step. You can count on my prompt response, loving, respectful, and compassionate attention to your challenges, professionalism, and, of course, complete confidentiality.  There are only three easy steps to making a positive change in your life and I encourage you to take them. 

1. Get in touch with me! Call me or email me. If I am unable to answer my phone, I'll get back to you via phone or email within 24 hours or most likely sooner. 

2. Feel out the forms! After our initial conversation and scheduling our first session, you can print and fill out the forms. Please, bring them to our first session.

3.  Let's start the change process! We will set a regular time to meet that works with your schedule. I do provide services in the evenings and weekends.
